Specializing in both the public sector as a 35 Year- Retired Veteran Fire Captain for the Fire Department and the private business sector as a Real Estate Broker for 30 years, Jay brings a unique wealth of experience and intrinsic knowledge to his new position as Broker Associate with Windermere Real Estate.

With Jays experience as President of Lion Properties and as Director of Property Management with Seven Gables Real Estate, Jay has overseen a team of real estate agents and property managers that managed over 600 hundred homes for his clients around the globe.  Jay would work with his clients to purchase and sell homes for their investment portfolio.  Jay works as a strategic business investment for the purpose of maximizing revenues for his clients.
