A licensed Realtor and Broker, Certified Property Manager by the California Association of Realtors, Licensed Loan Mortgage Originator, Certified in California Uniform Building and Fire Codes, and notable for his work as the Vice President of the Homeowners Association at the Estates in Seacliff. Jay is also especially adept at interpersonal communications having conducted meetings with various Board of Directors and Community Members.

And as if that’s not enough, Jay has served as a Strike Team Brush Captain in numerous State Emergency Brush Fires through California and has received multiple commendation awards and accolades from the City of Torrance, County of Los Angeles, California State Senators, Assembly Members and Congressional leaders.
